LAND DEVELOPMENT & RESORTS
Land is memory — development is legacy. Kituwah LLC leads transformative land development projects that strengthen Tribal sovereignty and create long-lasting economic assets across hospitality, commercial development, and destination-based attractions.
Our flagship project, The 407 – Gateway to Adventure, is a 200-acre destination positioned at one of America’s busiest national park gateways. With partners including Buc-ee’s, world-class entertainment resort, and a Marriott ranked 4th in the entire global Marriott portfolio, The 407 is projected to draw nearly 7 million visitors in its first year.
Every acre developed does more than welcome travelers; it strengthens our homeland far beyond the property line.
GOVERNMENT CONTRACTING
Kituwah Global Government Group, LLC (KG3) is the government contracting arm of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians. Through its subsidiaries, KG3 delivers mission-critical goods and services to federal agencies — including program management, technology, construction, logistics, manufacturing, and administrative support. Our teams bring proven expertise, accountability, and the resilience of Indigenous enterprise to every project, helping federal partners solve complex challenges while building long-term opportunity for our Nation.
